have pro but not showing up

    Hi, I bought Rank Math Pro on 8/24/22 and the invoice was sent to my r*****@m****** email address. I was able to connect it to two sites when I first got it, but today, I tried to log in and couldn’t so I reset my password, but it is showing a free account. I’m not sure what I did wrong.

    Here’s the invoice info:

    RANKMATH220825-2322-14169

    what do I need to do to fix this? Is there anything else you need from me?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due by that.

    The PRO subscription is currently been applied to the account with the email address (see sensitive data section).

    You need to login to that account and connect that account to your website.

    If you prefer, we can merge that account to this account you used to create the ticket.
