have bought pro version but not work

    Hello,
    I have already bought the Pro version on April 3. I also have the payment receipt from paypal. In my account I don’t see any invoice and my status shows me only the free version, just like on my blog, although I uploaded the pro plugin there

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I found it. I bought the Pro version with a different mail address. I downloaded it and uploaded the plugin to wordpress and logically it does not work. What can I do now?

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
