Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked your website’s page source and indeed I can only see 1 H1 tag. I also submitted your website to our external SEO analyzer and 1 H1 tag was indicated there as well. Please see the screenshot I attached in the Sensitive Data section.
Upon checking your website admin dashboard, I was able to note that our SEO Analysis detected 2 H1 tags, I went ahead and cleared your website cache, flushed the SEO Analysis data under Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and the issue persists.
Can you please try to temporarily switch to your default theme (example: Twenty Twenty-One), flush the SEO Analysis again, and re-run the SEO Analysis?
Let us know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you with this one.
It didn’t work. Why is this happening? Seems like there’s a bug in the Rank Math plug-in. This is the third time it’s happened. You’re the first unable to fix it. The other two times they were able to fix it from your end.
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.
It seems that you have already marked this ticket as already resolved. Could you please confirm?
However, I’ve reopened this for us to investigate the issue further. Please add again your WordPress and FTP logins in the sensitive data section.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
