Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share the sitemap URL so we can check and validate it? You can add it to the sensitive data section by editing your first post

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Meanwhile, the last read date column is not updated. You can try removing all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We checked your sitemap and we can see it is working properly when we try to access it with the browser, but when we tried with Googlebot, it is not returning any content. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In order to resolve the issue, we suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure they are not blocking Googlebot from the firewall.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thank you. As far as I can tell, and I asked me developer to check, Googlebot is not being blocked on my site (with robots or htaccess) or at sever level.
Pleae note, though, these two sitemaps do not have this issue.
[Sitemap URLS entered into sensitive data section]
The reason is that I followed the instruction in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfEbJ0HEp2A detailing how to fix this rankmath issue and it seems to have worked.
However, this is not a viable solution as I have over 200 sitemaps to submit.
Also, your suggestion to submit the /sitemap_index.xml also has the same problem, as GSC fetches this particular sitemap, but the many sitemaps underit have the same problem.
So, the underlying issue has to be fixed.
Any other help in solving this problem is highly appreciated. Thank you
Hello,
The sitemaps you shared are opening and validating fine.
You should also submit your main sitemap index only /sitemap_index.xml, and Google will use it to crawl your sub-sitemaps.
Also, give Google some time to recrawl your site, and the “Last read” date column should also be updated.
Looking forward to helping you.
