Your sitemap is inaccessible and showing a blank page. Upon checking its page source, it looks like you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file.

I think the sitemap page is opening fine.
and I also check the source page there is no similar file seen related to the sitemap.

Yes, the sitemap does load fine on my end as well. I tried loading it with a different browser and no issues. I also submitted it in a Sitemap validator tool and no errors have been returned.

In this case, please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Remove all your sitemap/s from Google Search Console and submit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

i have done all these steps also resubmit the sitemap in GSC. no effect.

Upon further investigation, there is a URL variation of your sitemap that does work and the other does not.
It seems when you add www to the sitemap URL, it does work and it looks like Google is seeing the sitemap URL without www. Please refer to my screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/FcOoVp

To fix this, please contact your hosting provider and show them this error as they are in a better position to help you resolve the issue.
