These pages, my-account, checkout and cart are by default set to noindex if you are using WooCommerce and the Woocommerce module is enabled in Rank math dashboard. The soft 404 is likely because the pages have thin content, in which case Google feels like they seem like 404 even though they are not.
Could you please check if these pages are added to your page-sitemap. They are not expected to be but if they are, please head over to the individual pages and check the noindex option under the advanced tab of Rank math metabox.
