I have checked the affected pages and they don’t seem to be redirecting to anything and they are just empty white pages. If these are indeed attachment pages and you already turned on redirection of attachment in our settings, then you can go ahead and set a manual redirection.
If you prefer, we can check your setup by sharing your admin login. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

The password was correct however I had disabled the pop-up, please check.
Rankmath IPS is whitelisted, but if you are using some other IP I think that could be blocked by my Cloudflare WAF.
I have another issue
1) the FAQ hasn’t show arrows
2) When I use FAQ block the TOC block gets desconfigured

The images of the URLs you have shared seem missing in your media gallery. Could you please confirm if they are already deleted images on your site?
We’ve checked your attachment pages in your media gallery as well, and they are redirecting fine. In this case, you can check with your web host if they are serving those URLs in the Nginx configuration.
Regarding the FAQ, I’ve added it below the content in the staging link shared in the sensitive data section, and the TOC block is working fine. Could you please share the affected URL to check further?

Please note that our plugin can only apply the missing alt tag to standard blocks inside the content. If you are using custom blogs from other plugins, then our plugin will not be able to read them by default.

I didn’t enable this RankMath feature as I always insert the alt tag manually in the media gallery. This should include the alt tag in all the image sizes, I guess.

Please share the affected URLs of the staging site as we are not able to find the images in the Media Library even when using the file name or the title.
And since the ALT tags are added in the Media Library and they are still not being added in the front end, you should get in touch with the support of the block plugin you are using as they will be in a better position to help you with this.
