Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
As News Sitemaps is a PRO feature, could you share the email ID you used to purchase the subscription of Rank Math?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I will send you for the other way
Hi do you have any news about the issue of the news site map thanks
Hello,
We can see that the PRO subscription is attached to the email in the sensitive data section. Would you want us to merge the accounts for you? If so which one is the preferred email address?
As for the sitemap, please follow these steps to regenerate the sitemap and update the links:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3. Clear your website’s cache and browser’s cache.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Hello,
Sure, we will not merge the accounts until your confirmation.
Regarding the issue, could you confirm if after flushing the sitemaps, the News sitemap is updated and all the articles posted in the last two days are listed in the sitemap?

I’m not sure if I fully understand. Are you referring to deleting the sitemap from your Google Search Console account?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.

I did the steps – I copied the news sitemap from Rank math and replaced it, in Search Console, the one that had problems with the new one. It does have the posts of the last two days.

My site have 2 sitemaps (general sitemap (all the url ) and News sitemaps) I only have problems with the news sitemap. When I flush the site maps was in general (how show me the video) but only replace the news sitemap in search console.
My question is: is it necessary to replace the other sitemap (general site map), I preferred not to replaced because is working fine before the flush. please let me know is it my question clear
thanksHello,
Yes, you should remove both the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account and submit only the main sitemap (
/sitemap_index.xml
).This would ensure that Google is crawling the sitemaps properly.
Please also share the URL of the sitemap so that we can check it on our end.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Ok,we need the 2 sitemaps in the site.
I have now reviewed both sitemaps and both have registered well the last post we made about 20 minutes ago. I think it’s okay.
In theory tomorrow with the first entry of the day should the news sitemap be updated? If so, will everything be resolved?
Other question how I know if google read the new – news sitemaps- ? do you need the XML?
Hello,
Yes, depending on the configuration, publishing new articles should update the sitemaps.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.

Hello,
After the website is crawled again, you can monitor the sitemap status in your Google Search Console account to see if it is crawled properly.
Yes, you can share the sitemap’s URL so that we can see if everything is working properly.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
