I was able to note the issue. You seem to be using a third party plugin(Customer Reviews plugin) to collect your reviews. I assume the plugin has a way it is passing the data to Rank math schema. You should check this and change your schema to only have the reviewCount
without the ratingCount
since only one if this is required for the review snippet and it might have something to do with the count being read as votes.
