Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. If you have reviews for your products then the WooCommerce Product Schema will automatically use them in the Schema data. It is available in the free version. However, It is completely up to Google to decide to show the rich snippets in the search results.
Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose not to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
Here is a quote from one of the Google’s help article:
We perform algorithmic and manual quality checks to ensure that structured data meets relevancy standards. In cases where we see structured data that does not comply with these standards, we reserve the right to disable rich snippets for a site in order to maintain a high-quality search experience for our users. Sorry for the confusion. The Google product rating is something we can’t control. It all depends on Google, although you need to enable the product review schema inside your product post so that Google will get the rating from your website.
Reviews for the product are aggregated from third-party review sites. It’s all done using globally unique product identifiers such as GTINs or other metadata information such as SKU, Brand + MPN pairs, etc.
