Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Google services not connecting to your website, resulting in blank Search Console and Analytics data. To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Check Rank Math SEO Account Connection:
- Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account having a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account, navigating to the My Account area, and clicking on the Websites tab. Make sure your website is listed there.
- If your website is not listed, reconnect your website with the Rank Math account by heading to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then clicking Disconnect Account. After that, you can reconnect your account by clicking Connect Now and following the on-screen instructions.
-
Refresh Authorization Tokens:
- If the above step doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible that the authorization tokens from Google have expired. To refresh the authorization tokens, you need to delete the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions. You can do this by visiting this link and removing access to Rank Math SEO as shown in the screenshot below:

After following these steps, try reconnecting your website with Rank Math and refreshing the authorization tokens. This should help resolve the connectivity issues with Google services.
If you continue to experience problems, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:
1. Make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
2. Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
3. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
4. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
