I double checked and all the pages on the site are set as “Service” schema (check the new image that I uploaded). The RankMath general settings also show that each new page should be using the “Service” schema.

I tried setting up the schemas again for couple of pages and even tried deleting the schemas but the og type still remains as “article”.

I also wanted to add this information for your initial concern showing the upload dates and name of the uploader on the Google search results page.
You are embedding a youtube video on your homepage and that video is adding the Schema for the “Uploader” text you see on the SERPs.
This is completely up to Google or you do not have any say in this. You can remove the video to get rid of that data from the SERPs.
