google search result

I have been facing a problem with the google search result.
when we are searching any keyword in google it will display only the <h1> heading in the search results and then the company name, instead of the title as we set in the starting of content in the meta description in the <title> tag.

In simple words, in the search result, google picks our heading in the search result instead of the title as we set in the content.

Meanwhile, I have been checking my other competitors, if they are using anything else in their code but I have found nothing, in that case, every competitor set their title and h1 tag separately and google will display only the title in the search result.

So, please help me what is wrong happening with our website
