Those are called Featured Snippets. Featured snippets are selected search results that are featured on top of Google’s organic results. Featured snippets aim at answering the user’s question in a point-to-point way.
Getting a featured snippet is an automatic process and it completely depends upon Google to add/remove the featured snippets. Google determines whether a page would make a good featured snippet for a user’s search request and if so, the featured snippet is added.
