However, could you please check the coverage report under your Google Search Console account to see if there are any errors shown, that might be causing the issue?
Also, we noticed that sometimes your sitemaps return a blank white page. Please flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

And, exclude the Sitemap files of Rank Math in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
