This basically indicates to those pages that are being generated while you search something on your site. As on GSC you’re encountering noindex for those URLs, that means they are already set to noindex and Google won’t index them on SERPs, though Google will still be able to crawl those URLs.
However, you may add the following line to your robots.txt file if you don’t want Google to crawl those URLs. After that, they should disappear from GSC on the next crawl.
Disallow: */s=*
