Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:
https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/
Please check the KB and you will understand the reasons Google does this.
Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:
https://rankmath.com/google-update/google-title-rewrite-update/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Will the Instant Indexing plugin help in resolving these issues, by deleting the pages from the google search? Also, if yes, then how will the fresh pages show up in google search. Kindly advise and let me know the process.
Hello,
We don’t guarantee that the URL will be indexed even after submitting it via the Google Indexing API.
That only submits the URL for crawling but then it’s entirely up to Google to decide whether to index the URL or not.
Here’s more explanation from Google on this feature:
https://developers.google.com/search/apis/indexing-api/v3/quickstart
Hope this helps to clarify your doubts.
Thank you.
You have not answered the question I asked. I am not asking if the plugin guarantees that the URL will be indexed. Just explain to me what the ‘Google: Remove URL’ is for and what it does?
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
‘Google: Remove URL’ of the instant indexing plugin will prevent the URL from indexing and showing in search results.
You can go through this complete guide regarding the Instant Indexing plugin for Google:

Hope this helps.
Thank you.
