If Rank Math is properly connected to your Google Search Console, you will see a green light next to Search Console in your Analytics settings, here’s a screenshot:
on the Google search console it says that it is waiting for data and it is necessary to wait a day

Hi, the green light in the Rank math area and says it’s connected. However, I’ve waited more than two days and in the search console it’s still as in the image.

On the other hand, the sitemap is loaded but there are many pages that are not indexed.

We’ve checked your site using site: operator, and some of your pages are already indexed. Please refer to the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
You can use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to inspect some of your URLs to update their status and the indexing page.
