ok i think my problem is that there is no XML file at all on my website , i tried to run a ftp client to browse my files but there is no xml files at all , anyone has a clue on how i can solve this trick ? please ?

I’ve checked your sitemap, but it is working fine. Also, please note that the Rank Math sitemaps are generated virtually/dynamically, so you won’t see the physical file in your website’s root directory.
Could you please share the exact error message upon submitting your sitemaps? If you want to share the screenshot, please upload it using this tool and add the link here.
Also, you’ll only need to submit your sitemap index and Google will crawl the other sitemaps. Here’s a link for more information:

You may need to check this in your WordPress’s permalink settings. However, Google should be able to read that since the sitemap is loaded fine when you open it in your browser.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
After all the above steps, you may give Google some time to recrawl your sitemap and see if this changes the status you see in GSC.
