Google Search Console shows URL errors while I dont see them on the sitemap

    Hi team,

    Not sure why’s the issue. I just pushed a site live and submitted the sitemap to GSC. And GSC returns these errors:

    This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.
    Examples
    URL:
    http://on|100%|100%|100%|100%
    Line 20
    Parent tag:
    image
    Tag:
    loc
    URL:

    Line 23
    Parent tag:

    I don’t know what happened, could you please take a look? I have never had this issue before.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked your sitemap and there is indeed an error returning when loading it on the browser.

    Can you please follow these steps?

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
