Looks like our options are sit back and wait or try using Google Site Kit plug-in. Personally, I’m wanting to avoid installing any more plugins due to site speed.
If any support staff are reading – can you confirm that if Site Kit plug-in is used the data can be transferred to Google’s Webmaster/Search Console and the plug-in deleted once the issued is solved without detriment?

You should make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www).
Also, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.
If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works. Or, you can try using the Google Site Kit if it still won’t work and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
About the Site Kit solution, yes, it is a temporary solution if nothing else works for you and later you will be able to get the data from the Search Console in our plugin without issues.

Why. should I contact Sit Kit service, everything is fine from their side and everything is correct, there isn’t any problem with them , already using more than a year. The problem is in Rank Math, because it’s not showing site in drop down list.

Sorry about that, I thought you said the Site Kit plugin was not working well on your site.
If it is working fine I would recommend using that for now while we work on a revamped version of the Search Console. You can disable the Search Console module within Rank Math in the meantime at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.

Do I need to use the account in Rank Math which I used in Google Search Console? for example I use x*@x***** for GSC, now I am using y*@y***** account for Rank Math. Should I switch Rank Math account to x*@x***** account?
