Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your site to Google Search Console through Rank Math. It sounds like you have already taken some important steps to troubleshoot the problem.
Here are a few things you can check to resolve the issue:
-
Ensure Correct Property Type: Make sure you are using a URL-prefix property in Google Search Console, as our plugin does not fully support domain properties. You can reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and ensure you select the URL-prefix property.
-
Check Permissions: Double-check that the Google account you are using has the necessary permissions to access the Search Console data for your site.
-
Refresh Tokens: If you have previously connected your Google account, the authorization tokens may have expired. You can refresh them by disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account in Rank Math. To do this, go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Disconnect Account, then reconnect it.
-
Verify Site in Search Console: Ensure that your site is verified in Google Search Console. If it’s not verified, Rank Math will not be able to fetch any data.
If you have checked all of these and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!
