I have the same issue. I thought it was cleared when I hit enter on permalink then saved setting in rankmath in the sitemap section. But I just waited for it to be reminded and still getting noindex from the sitemap.
Additionally – the rich snippets are showing up for everyone at the bottom of all pages. I hid them on main pages – but you can see it here https://californiacaviar.com/newsletter/
I cannot seem to get either issue to stop
Any suggestions? Would reinstalling Rank Math plugin help?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The three pages should be set to noindex by default because they should not be present on the SERP. It appears that Rank Math is incorrectly adding these pages to the sitemap and causing the error.
Please edit each of them and ensure that they are set to noindex. Next, perform these steps:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should remove these pages from the sitemap and fix this issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

I asked Google Search Console to validate but I have not received email back from Google. Also when I try to index my website, not sitemaps are showing up on the result page. Is this normal?

No this is not normal. Could you please add me as a property owner on your search console and then edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please create a new ticket for the new issue.
In regards to the problem, there is no indexing problem on your site. All your submitted sitemaps have already been fetched but the process of indexing will take a while and you should give this upto a few weeks.
I have also checked the index coverage tab and the only error reported affects a single page that has been set to noindex. You can fix this error by editing the product category https://domain.com/product-category/tasty-hemp-oil/tasty-hemp-oil-capsules/ and set the indexing options to “Index” on the advanced tab of the Rank Math metabox.

Is your problem related to indexing of your pages or fetching of the sitemap?
If it is latter, this has been isolated as a bug on Google’s end. Please read here

The most prominent reason behind that seems to be the introduction of the Indexing API

Google has plans to drop the use of Sitemaps and allow indexing API.
