Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to reconnect with your Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the settings again, and ensure that all permissions are checked.
If the settings are not getting saved, please try saving the settings for the Analytics with a different browser such as Google Chrome. If you are already using Chrome, please try using it in Incognito mode just to save the settings.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hi I have tried reconnecting multiple times and disconnecting multiple times as well as trying it in a incognito window and it still appears white and the drop down boxes are empty. please help
Hello,
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:
If you are not getting the option to select all the permissions, please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and allow the permissions again: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token
After doing so, report back to us here so we can debug this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi i have checked all the boxes(below) and is still shows blank. Please help
Hello,
Could you please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www)?
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi thanks for the quick response, i am happy to give my login information but is it possible if i can send you the file or files you want to check i can send that to you.
Thanks
Hello,
Please share the login details as we will have to take a closer look at the settings and if there are any errors that are causing this issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi for the temporary log in its asking me a few options to make the link(check image) what should i put in there
And please check that your sure i cant just send the files, for example if you need the system info i can get that for you and put that in the sensitive information instead of login info(i would appreciate that)
Hello,
We may need to investigate the issue further on your site and perform troubleshooting steps.
You can use
s******@r***********
and use any first/last name for the details. Once done, please share the login details in the sensitive data section.Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
I’ve checked the error logs, and it seems that there’s a missing Analytics table based on the error logs.
However, I have recreated them via Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools:
https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recreate-missing-database-toolsIn this case, please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissionsOnce done, reconnect the account in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and allow all the permissions on the next screen
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi i followed the steps and i still dint work but then i noticed something in my allowing premesions i am missing some i see in your picture(see below)
Hello,
No, it’s absolutely normal what you’re seeing while connecting your Google account with Rank Math. Since you’re using the free version of our plugin, many features won’t be available for Analytics. Thus, we ask for necessary permissions only.
Please enable all necessary permissions to see if that works for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi i followed the steps by removing the access and then recconnecting and it is still not working
Please help
