Google Search Console is Authorized but cant choose Profile

    Hi, I have authorized my domain for google search for rank math, however my drop down Search Console Profile is empty, i cant choose my Google Search Propery.

    I have de-authorized and re-authorized but no change

    The gmail account im using for Google Search, is not the same as the email address registered for RankMath – does this matter?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    As long as the account you are using to verify is the same verified as owner in your GSC, the site should appear in the drop down with no issue. Are you using our latest Rank math release, version 1.0.45? If you are and still facing this issue, please add your wp-admin URL to the sensitive data so we can investigate this further.

    Hi,

    I can login but I do not see the GSC Authorization key in there.

    Can you please provide that or add s******@r*********** as an owner in your GSC account for that property so we can take a closer look?

    Where should the GSC auth key be? I have a long code already entered in General Settings – Webmaster TOols – GSC

    I hav uploaded keys i have to sensitive info

    I have added that email address as a verified owner in GSC

    I have also added the API key and verification ID key to sensitive info

    Hi,

    Thanks for the access.

    We just used our own account to authorize GSC and it worked:

    This suggests, there is an issue with your Google account and we have no idea what it might be. But, we have seen this with a bunch of other users and creating a new Google account, adding it as a website owner, and then using that new Google account to authorize GSC in Rank Math works every time.

    Please do that and let us know if you need a hand with that.

    Since there are other user accounts linked to our own Google account, we are going to de-authorize it now.
