Please check if your website has the ModSec (ModSecurity) feature enabled in your server as it can block the saving module from Rank Math. You can get in touch with your web host for assistance with this process.
If so, you can disable that and check if the issue still persists on your site. If it does, this suggests that the rules that have been set are blocking the requests from our plugin.
Also, are you using Firefox or Safari by any chance?
If yes, can you please try this in Google Chrome? You can also try it in an incognito window of Google Chrome.

I checked your homepage and it doesn’t seem to throw any 404 pages.
I checked the Analytics settings and it seems that your Rank Math account isn’t connected yet. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
In order to connect to your GSC account, please ensure to connect your Rank Math account and then connect your Google account.

It looks like the base64_decode() function is not working on your site, it simply fails silently, which is causing an issue in the registration process. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for your site. Having it disabled may cause issues not only in Rank Math but in other products as well because this is a widely-used function.
I’d recommend enabling base64_decode(), base64_encode() and also the phpinfo() functions. For Rank Math to work properly you only need the base64_decode() function.
