I’ve checked your sitemap and got the same white page, but there’s a source code. Could you FTP to your server and ensure that there’s no static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml) existing?
If there’s no such file in your server, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Please consolidate your website variatons:
You should have only one of them show 200 and the 3 others should show 301.
Please check that as well.
The first thing you need to do is determine whether you have a blank page or a white page.

If the source code is empty, there must be a conflict with another plugin or the theme.
You can use the Health Check plugin to determine which plugin or theme is causing this. The guide is here: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Another scenario is that you have a static file with the same name as you sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml).

Hi,
i had checked my local server via ftp, there is no file under name of sitemap in root directory
secondly I had already removed sitemaps from cached
thirdly i had changed the permalink
fourth i had checked, there is source code of site map, but it ain’t preview able, preview is only available when i log in
fifth, the blank page with source code shows updated sitemap, as last modified date gets changed.
what else should i do ? sitemap should be preview able without logging in

The sitemap_index.xml file is not in your root directory. It is a virtual sitemap file we use for your website.
We have also checked your site, and it seems that you’re using SG Cache. Please exclude the sitemaps from that. You can check this link for more information:
