Google Rich Results Test Showing Multiple Schema Markups per Product Page - Support

Hello,

When I am testing my site’s products with the Google Rich Results test or validator.schema.org, I am seeing that each of my product pages has two results, one with the markup #richsnippet and the other being #product. One URL example that was tested was
https://euphratesshop.com/product/princeton-review-ap-physics-1-prep-2022-practice-tests-complete-content-review-strategies-techniques/

If needed I can send a screenshot of the Google Rich Results and schema.org test. The #richsnippet markup includes the author name as the WordPress username “admin” and other details that should not be given in the schema markup.

How do I disable this type of markup within your plugin and only have the #product schema markup on product pages?

Hello,

I checked the page source of the URL, it seems like some other plugin or your theme is adding an additional Product Schema to your products. Please follow this guide to troubleshoot and figure out which plugin/theme is adding the additional Product Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

If you want to disable the Product Schema added by Rank Math, go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Schema Type > Set it to none.
