Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. For instance, If you have reviews for your products, then the WooCommerce Product Schema will automatically use them in the Schema data. It is available in the free version as well. However, It is completely up to Google to decide to show the rich snippets in the search results.

Please note Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
