Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Assuming you are getting the Indexed, Not Submitted in Sitemap warning in Search Console. Please note that Indexed, Not Submitted in Sitemap is not an issue, it only means that Google has already indexed the posts but not through the sitemap.
It is possible that Google is crawling your website and indexing the posts through the internal links on your website and not through the sitemap, and as a result, the crawl budget for your website is exhausted and Google is not able to discover the URLs through your sitemap.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Nope, I am not getting that message, and for all the pages that are indexed, it said it was not through the site map. The other pages are not indexed at all. I would share screenshots but there doesnt seem to be an option to attach files.
Hello,

Not sure why some pages arent being recognized by the sitemap
Hello,
I checked both URLs and they are already listed in the Sitemap as you can see in the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section. As explained by my colleague, it is possible that Google is crawling your website and indexing the posts through the internal links on your website and not through the sitemap.
As for the one URL that is not currently indexed by Google, I went ahead and checked the post further:
1. They are set to index in your robots meta
2. They appear in your sitemap
3. No issues in the Rich Result Tests
Since there are no issues with regards to your on-page SEO, then there should be no reason why Google is not indexing you anymore. You may observe your post for a couple of days or weeks and see if they are finally been indexed by Google.
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
Please check this website for more details.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
