    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

If you have any caching plugin, please exclude your sitemap URLs from caching and purge your site cache. Then do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and change links per sitemap to a different value such as 201. This will force the sitemap to update. Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

For the news sitemap, this feature is currently only available on the Rank Math Pro version. You can disable the sitemap for your news post type and install 3rd party plugin for the news sitemap.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Ankit,

I’m having issues logging into the pro version but I have definitely purchased a pro.

Can you please provide the exact steps I need to do to resolve the Google news issues as per my images.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

I checked your sitemap with XML validator tool and it’s validating without any issues:

Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    Hi,

I’ve done the steps you instructed however on my https://www.dginstitute.com.au/news-sitemap.xml

I am still unable to view the URL’s of any of my news.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
