There seems to be an indexing issue on the linked page. It does not seem to be indexed recently as it does not exist on the cache:

I also saw the page wasn’t cached and wasn’t sure why. I just submitted it again to be indexed and it says it is indexed but still coming up not cached, not sure what’s going on.

Yeah I tested it an still seems to be a problem. Almost all of my posts are now just showing the title and date and not the meta descriptions. I have no clue what’s going on. I updated my PHP and had to reverse it, do you think this had an effect?

There aren’t. I reached out to my host and they said it may have had to do with the PHP. I’ll wait a few days and see.
