I checked the URL you have shared in Google search and the meta description there is the same as you have set:
However, Google can sometimes show a different description based on the search term. Your meta description is set fine and Google is showing the same if you directly search for the URL using site:category-url
.

we had done evrythinf you recommended in this article. Please do a serach for “Kelnner Steckfiguren” and you will see the meta description is different. We don’t understand why Google is showing different metea description only for this one category…

I checked the page source of your URL and it appears Rank Math is outputting the correct meta description.
However, when searching your given keyword on Google, it displays a different meta description in the search snippet.
As my colleague has already mentioned above, Google shows a different meta description than the one set by the webmaster and I’m afraid there’s nothing much that can be done because Rank Math or any SEO plugin can only give direction to search engines such as Google by using meta tags but it’s their algorithm which decides what to show in the search results.
