    Good morning guys,

Thanks again for your most excellent plugin. However, I’ve noticed that you are not using the loading=”lazy” attribute on the Google map which is output from the contact details shortcode. Please could this be added as it makes a significant difference not to have to wait for that.

If not, could you please explain how to remove the map, I cannot get it to deactivate?

I really look forward to hearing from you.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Sorry to disappoint but that feature is unfortunately not available at this time.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.

To remove the Google Map in the shortcode, please remove the GEO Coordinates (Longitude and Latitude values) and Google Maps API Key in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO, then clear your website’s cache.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
