Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Google picking content from the body of your page instead of the meta title or description you provided. This can happen for several reasons, as Google sometimes determines that alternative text on your page is more relevant or useful than what you’ve specified.
Here are some factors that Google considers when generating alternative titles:
- Content in “ elements
- Main visual title or headline shown on a page
- Heading elements, such as “ elements
- Content in
og:title
meta tags - Other prominent text on the page
- Anchor text on the page
- Text within links that point to the page
If you believe that the alternative title being displayed is not a better fit, you can provide feedback to Google through their Search Help Community.
If you have further questions or need assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will be happy to help you further!

Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please check if Rank Math adds the correct meta title and description in your website’s page source. You can easily check that using this tool: https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/
If the meta information is already correct, then please note that it is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results that even if everything’s fine, Google decides to show a different meta information for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
To understand more about this, please check this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.

Hello,
We’ve checked the page, and the meta title/description are already set in the page’s source code.
You can also verify them by using these tools:
