Your LiteSpeed server is caching your sitemap which is a common cause of the fetching issues. You can test your sitemaps at https://onlinecurl.com/ to check the response.
@info1429 please check on the same link whether caching is active on http://yourdomainname.com/sitemap_index.xml and have your host exclude the sitemap on the caching rules.
