Setting a page to No Index doesn’t block users from accessing that page. If they get the URL of the page, or if you’ve linked the page within your website, then that page can be easily accessed.
No Index is only used to tell search engines to not index/list the page in the SERPs.

Those are errors inside your website, but it looks like the errors seem to be gone upon visiting the URLs. Google must have crawled the web pages when you had those errors. Wait for google to re-visit your website, and soon the pages will also be updated in SERPs.
In addition to that, as my colleague mentioned, if you want to remove certain pages from google, you can set them as noindex.

I don’t really want to de-index pages or posts from google. Yours, is not a solution but making things even worse. I only want to fix the way they show in SERPs.

As I said in my previous response, those are your cached pages inside Google SERPs, Kindly give Google some time to revisit the URLs, and the error that is showing inside the search result will be removed.
