Please note that Google allocates a crawl budget to every website and it stops crawling when it exhausts that budget. Since your website has lots of posts in the sitemap it is completely normal as Google needs to crawl your website and sitemap to find those links.

Please note that it is completely up to Google to index your website. As my colleague mentioned, There could be numerous reasons, like Google hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website. However with the help of instant indexing setup=, your website URL should show up in the SERP. However, Using this plugin doesn’t guarantee that your pages will show up in the search results.
