Hello,

i am facing an issue regarding sitemap, i am using rank math seo for long time know and i liked it so much. but i faced few issue which i fixed by the help of you thanks for that.

Now i am stuck in sitemap, google is unable to fetch the sitemap, i am using wordfence plugin and rank math seo reason why i shared this is you may think that wordfence is blocking google bots but when i create manual sitemap google fetch it successfully but google is not fetching the sitemap created by rank math seo.

at first sitemap was redirecting to 404 page then i fixed that, but the the sitemap issue is still there.

changed the sitemap name still the same issue.
could not fetch.
i validated the sitemap and no error found.

Can you please click on the sitemap name in the sitemap section of your GSC account and share the detailed error that is stopping Google from fetching the sitemap?

Hello,

The sitemap is returning a 403 error when Googlebot is trying to access it. Please get in touch with your host to confirm there is no blocking by a firewall or server for Googlebot. Also, Google has last crawled your sitemap in March so even if there is no blocking now, they have not yet crawled it again and you will have to wait for them to crawl it to detect the latest version and URLs inside it.

well if google is not crawling then when i add manual sitemap google crawl it successfully.
now i am facing other issue also bing is not verifying the robots.txt folder
( error robots.txt not found)

maybe because if this i have crawling issue in bing.

my ranking is gone in bing even when i type hostedfire now its not showing in search result.

The robots.txt file is working fine:

Please clear your website cache and if you are using a CDN, clear the cache from there as well and check again.

I checked the URL using the site operator on Bing, it looks like your website is removed from Bing.

You can contact Bing support and ask them the exact reason for the removal as from checking the page’s source code, there are no apparent issues.

You can refer to all the Webmaster Guidelines and see if your website is violating any guidelines.
