  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Google Search Console account to Rank Math. It seems that the URL is not appearing correctly in the dashboard, which can be frustrating.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check if Your Website is Verified: Ensure that your website is verified in Google Search Console. If it’s not verified, Rank Math won’t be able to fetch the data.

    2. Reconnect Your Google Account: Sometimes, simply reconnecting your Google account can resolve display issues. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and following the prompts to reconnect.

    3. Test Connections: In the same Analytics settings, use the Test Connections option to check if Rank Math is properly connected to your Google account. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

    4. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins or server-side caching, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue.

    5. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing the problem, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you might be seeing or additional details about the issue. A human agent from our support team will then take over and assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention! We’re here to help you resolve it.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.

    1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console. If not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.

Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
