    Rank Math free

    Hello,

On my blog, the intellectual historian on WordPress, i installed rank math seo, then accidentally deactivated it. When i first activated it i verified the property with google console, will it still be linked to rank math now I have reactivated it?

Im very new to this so can’t say I really understand.

    All my best,

    Sam.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing. When you deactivate and then reactivate Rank Math SEO, your Google Search Console property should still be linked as long as you did not remove the verification from your site. However, to ensure everything is functioning correctly, we recommend checking the connection in Rank Math.

You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics. Here, you should see if your Google account is still connected and if the property is selected. If the Enable the Index Status tab option is unclickable, try switching to a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome.

If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out, and we hope this helps!

    Hello,

You can check the Analytics connection from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics by clicking the Test Connections button:

If you see the dots are green in Search Console and Analytics that means your Google account is properly connected.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
