I submitted your sitemap to a sitemap validator and it seems to be working fine. See screenshot 1 in the sensitive data section.
I also checked your robots.txt and it does not block Google from accessing it. See screenshot 2.
Can you please ensure that your sitemap is not heavily cached? You may follow these steps to do so:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

After doing so, remove all your sitemaps from Google Search Console and re-submit your sitemap_index.xml.

have double checked all this. My site maps are not cached at all and its been fine for ever.
This is weird the sitemap is fine, google finds the site map and cant see the URLs which is strange yet we can see them the checking tool can see them. I’ve added one other comment in the sensitive data area for you.

I’ve also checked your sitemap, and it seems that it is already working fine.
Could you please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap only https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your website?
