Google can’t read my sitemap

    On a routine check for google search console update, I was surprised to learn that google can’t read my sitemap.

    What happened when I found that there were no errors for a while, until this message came. Appreciate your advice
    and how to fix this problem. My site address is: https://bilrichvinylflooring.com

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems your sitemap is being cached on your site.

    To get rid of the error please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

    You can then resubmit only your main sitemap on your GSC and give it sometime to crawl.

    If the issue persists, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
