Google Analytics ok, but cannot see landing pages – get this message:

    Google Analytics for Landing pages: “Landing Screen cannot be queried with the other data needed to answer your question. By using Landing Page instead, here is a similar question we may be able to answer for you”

    I tried to reconnect Rank Math with my Google account & analytics code,

    (I only have the code going directly through the plugin – not my header)

    Also tried refreshing some stuff in database tools…

    Nothing is fixing this.

    Please help.

    Could you please confirm if you are adding/installing the Analytics code to your site? If not, please share a screenshot of the issue using this tool or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Yes, I can confirm that I have installed the analytics code to the site using your Rank Math plugin (Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics)

    Like I said, everything works, BUT not the landing pages.

    I checked the desktop version in browser – (see Sensitive for URL) works

    but not the official app version by Google – (see screenshot in Sensitive)

    Hello,

    Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.

    We insert the Analytics code in the wp_head section of your website. Could you please check your landing page if it includes that as well? It is also possible that your landing pages don’t query the header.php file for this issue.

    The Analytics URL you have shared doesn’t show anything on our end. Could you please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom how you create landing pages and if you are using any plugins for us to further check?

    it seems to all be back now – either you guys did something to fix it, or it was an issue their (GA) side.
