Google Analytics not registering visits

    Hi there. I have created a Google Analytics property on my site a few days ago (both GA4 and previous version) and have connected my site to the Analytics excluding logged-in users. I can view the analytics code in the page source. I am visiting the site as a logged-out user and also from a private window but I don’t see any visits registering on Google Analytics in the Realtime tab.

    Can you help?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

    However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

    In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:
    create a property
    and then choose
    ga 3

    No, you don’t understand, I have already done what you are describing and created the Universal Analytics property. Still, no visits registered!

    Please try the following steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Ok, it seems that due to the fact that universal Analytics installed two properties, I just needed to select the appropriate one from the GA dashboard.
