Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please try saving the settings for the Analytics with a different browser such as Google Chrome? We have seen reports of some people not able to save the settings with Safari or Firefox browser.
If you are already using Chrome, please try using it in Incognito mode just to save the settings.
Also, when reconnecting the Google service, give all the permissions, and configure the settings.
We hope that helps. We are here if you need us again.
Thank you
Hi!
Thank you for you answer. I installed Chrome, open an Incognito page, logout google service on Rankmath, log again, the Search Console is green but no luck with analytics.
Do you have any other recommandations? Maybe I could add the code myself? I don’t wan’t to download Site kit plugin just for that.
Thanks again,
Regards,
Alex
Hello,
Please verify that you are logged in to the correct Google account and that the Analytics account and property exist for your website.
If the above is true and you still can’t connect, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We checked the pending Scheduled Action on your site from WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending, and it shows that your website had fallen behind on scheduled actions.

Please contact your host and ask them to activate an PHP cron so that background scheduled actions run more smoothly on your website. You may refer to the following article for more information: https://my.kualo.com/knowledgebase/65_wordpress/1295_why-and-how-to-disable-the-wordpress-wp-cron.php-and-set-it-as-a-real-cron-job-within-cpanel.html
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hi,
I followed the instructions of my host to disable wp cron and use a real cron job instead. Should I try again?
Thank you!

Hello,
Yes, please try again and let us know the results.
The process will begin on your website upon doing the steps and depending on the amount of data, it could take between 45 minutes to a couple of hours.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
