  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please disconnect and reconnect the account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and check if you can see the Analytics Module.

If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you

Thank you, I have disconnected and reconnected
but unfortunaly Google Analytics module didn’t appear.

    What else can I do?
    Thank you

    Hello,

Can you please make sure that you have enabled the Analytics module in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard?

If the issue persists even after that then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Hello,

I logged in and checked your website settings.

The Analytics section is already working on your website.

Check the screencast in the sensitive data section.

Your website is not appearing in the dropdown, please ensure that you have connected to the correct Google account, you can reconnect by clicking on reconnect
    reconnect Google

Then, configure the Analytics and Search Console settings at Rank Math > General settings > Analytics

If the Analytics property does not appear in the dropdown, please ensure that you are not using the GA4 property.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.

Thank you very very much for the video,
but its not useful to me.

    I see 0 visits for 2 days
    on Google Analytics iPhone app
although people are visiting my website.
One of my friends have wrote a comment
    for example.
This is because the Analytics ID
become lost in my html code.
Because I cannot activate Google Analytics on Pano page.

Is it possible to fix this?

    Hello,

Your analytics table is not present on your website which means that the Analytics module isn’t properly installed or set up. And in addition to that, you don’t have any permissions for Google Analytics as well. Please refer to the screenshots in the Sensitive Data section.

Could you please disconnect your Rank Math account as well and reconnect it? Head over to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help to do that.

After that, disconnect your Google Service from the plugin once again and follow the steps from the guide carefully and ensure all permissions are allowed.

If the issue persists, please let us know and we will further investigate this with our dev team.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    But this Analytics module is
    missing on my panel:

    I have disabled and reconnected
as Anjana Vijayan says to me
    but its not worked.

Is there any other way to fix?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Since your website is in Turkish, this is the module that you should be looking for: https://i.rankmath.com/lIqmnQ

When the page is translated to English, the name changes to “Statistics”.

The PRO label appears on the module when Rank Math PRO is installed on the website.

Hope that helps clarify your doubts.

    Thank you.

Thank you, the statistics module is active.

I want to say another thing.
I just remembered that I have been deleted the Google Analytics plugin from my admin panel (because its name is different than Analytics and I realized that its not been using ….. then have deleted, accedentally.)

I’m newly reinstalled that plugin but it still not present in Rank Math Panel.
I have logged out and relogin to Rank Math,
and have cleared Rocket cache and Chrome cache,
    but its not worked.

Shouldn’t it appear in Panel when I install the Google Analytics plugin?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

I’m not quite sure whether I fully understand your concern. But I’ll do my best, and please let me know if I misunderstood.

I’ve checked your site, and the Analytics (İstatistikler) section is already showing and active.
    Analytics dashboard

Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the Analytics Module from Rank Math? Or you’re referring to something else?

Furthermore, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section to check and advise accordingly?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have sent my screenshot, could you check the url for August 14th
    on sensitive data?

    Thanks.
