    Hi,

    I have installed and integrated Rank Math with Google Analytics, however when I go to the google analytics dashboard, in the accounts I have one account, then in properties, I have with the same name but different codes, one states GA4 but no section for views, the other has views and in that it is all website data.

    I am confused what the difference is and how do I find the google analytics data within the WordPress plugin as I cannot source this.

    I look forward to your help.

    Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re also using Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights for your website. Could you please try deactivating the plugin and follow the steps in this article?

    If the issue still persists, please also include a screenshot of the data in your Google Search Console in the designated sensitive data section. You can use this tool as well.

    Hi,

    I have removed optimonsoter and google analytics for WordPress.

    i could not find the step 6 – optional.

    I did not get the fetch feature after refreshing the page.

    The data is still not present.

    Hello,

    There is a timeout for WP Cron on your website which means the jobs that might take a bit longer are not working correctly.

    Moreover, the Analytics integration in the free version of Rank Math is only for installing the Analytics code. We do not pull any data from Analytics in the free version. We do that only for Search Console and that does not seem to be setup correctly.

    Please reconnect and then choose the domain once again:

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    What you have added in the sensitive data section is the login link to the WordPress Dashboard. What my colleague is mentioning are FTP credentials. If you are not sure what that is you could ask your hosting provider to provide them to you.

    Once you have them, you can share them in the sensitive data section so we can debug the issue further.
