google analytics drops to 0 after every 180 days

    Hello,
    The rank math analytics metrics on our site drop to zero after every 180 days. The metrics reappear when I reconnect rank math, recreate tables, and reconnect analytics, but these values stay only for 3 months.

    I contacted support with the same issue a few months ago. Please Let me know the reason and permanent fix for this problem

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math regarding the reconnection of your analytics data.

    Please note that Google sometimes prevents the automatic renewal of auth tokens for their search and analytics services. We are working on it but are yet to establish why, or develop a workaround. For that reason you may need to manually renew your tokens occasionally.

    Okay, but why is it that when I reset tokens, I observe a large divergence between RM analytics and true Google Analytics data? Is there a way to fix this?

    To troubleshoot further we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
