Could the use of the Patchstack plugin be the problem ?

I installed the Patchstack plugin on my end but was unable to replicate the issue. However, depending on the configurations/settings of the plugin, it may/may not cause the issue.
Could you confirm if by deactivating that plugin, the issue gets fixed?

Just noticed your https://rankmath.com/free-vs-pro/ page and since I use Google Analytics 4, I wonder
if the Free version of Rank Math not support Google Analytics 4 and that is the reason for that the GA4 tracking code is not added to the website ?

You can use GA4 in the Free version of the plugin as well.
Could you please deactivate the Patchstack plugin and see if the issue gets fixed?
